Donald Hullett Obituary
Donald Lee Hullett, 77, of Indio, Calif. passed away August 9, 2014 in Palm Desert, Calif. He was born on March 11, 1937, to James and Dorothy Hullett in Henryetta, Okla. He married Carolyn Brucene Zimmerman. He was the owner of a motorcycle parts wholesale/retail business for over 35 years. He was a member of CVMC and DRA. He is survived by his spouse, Maxine Parker-Hullett of Indio; daughter, Ginger Williams of Yucaipa, Calif.; sons, Steven Vaughn, Donald D. Hullett of Indio, and James Hullett of Desert Hot Springs, Calif.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Brucene Hullett and his parents, James and Dorothy Hullett. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a service at 10:00 am at Forest Lawn Coachella Chapel, Coachella, Calif. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to The Kidney Foundation. Forest Lawn Indio is in charge of arrangements.

I'm very sorry for your loss everyone. Don was a wonderful grumpy old man who used to scare the living daylights out of me all while making me feel like part of the family. Brucene and Don are back together just how they belong. I love all of you and wanted you to know he will be dearly remembered for many years to come just as Brucene has been.

one of the nicest guys in the world of motorcycling. always at the shop, even half days on christmas and the 4th of july. don would always offer half his sandwich at lunchtime. i will miss you moto buddy!
