When I started in this business of Real Estate, in 1999, with only a couple of people to guide me, Van was there to take me under his wing, as he had done for many before me and helped guide me with his wisdom and wit. We laughed long, loud and often together in his office. He was a kind, knowledgable and sincere man who made an incredible impression on me and my future. I will miss our "brainstorming" sessions, our talks on life and all the craziness attached to it. The happy hours at Kaiser were always a treat when Van was there to visit with. I am proud to have called Van my friend. I will miss you Van. Rest in peace dear friend.

Van will truly be missed by all who knew him. We were married 15 years and had many wonderful times. Our parties in Palm Springs were legendary. He had a wonderful sense of humor even in his last months of life. Rest in peace my friend.

A man I meet only once. A Great Man in life. The Grandfather of Real Estate here in Palm Springs. Just know that heaven needed him. He had a wonderful life and touched many people on earth. Now he needs to expand and sell homes in heaven, I hear they have many house's within our fathers house. For those who loved the man he will be missed but we will all see him again one day. He will smile down on us and want us to live everyday the way he had.

I'm really sorry to hear about Dwayne and wish I could be there to pay my respects, but unfortunately, I won't be available. I served with him on the Palm Springs Board of REALTORS and with the California Association as well, and always enjoyed his company. When I first entered real estate the first office I interviewed with was with Dwayne, he let me get away, and we used to joke about that... He was a good guy and a lot of successful agents learned the business from him. He will be missed by all who new him... My condolences to his family.
