Eloisa Castillo Obituary

Eloisa Castillo, 68, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 with her family by her side after a courageous battle against cancer. Eloisa was a lifelong resident of Coachella and took great pride in her family and friends. She had a strong belief in God and attended Our Lady of Soledad Catholic Church in Coachella where she participated in the church choir for many years. She is survived and remembered fondly by her husband, Jose Castillo; sons, Tony and Carlos Castillo; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Castillo; two grandchildren, Michael and Stephanie Castillo; brothers, Ruben and Sergio Rea; along with many other relatives and close friends. A wake will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn, 51990 Jackson St, Coachella. A Catholic Mass will be held at 9:00 AM on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Our Lady of Soledad, 52555 Oasis St, Coachella followed by interment at Coachella Valley Cemetery.
