Mario Garcia Obituary
Palm Springs - Mario Armando Garcia of Palm Springs passed away on March 16 after being struck by a reckless driver on his way home from work as a front desk concierge at the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs.
Mario is fondly remembered for his strong work ethic and humble demeanor, having achieved the rank of Private First Class while serving in the California National Guard. He loved spending time with his family, especially his 4-year-old nephew James, and dreamed of starting his own family with his longtime girlfriend Jamielyn.
Mario is survived by his mother, Elizabeth, father Armando, brother Jesus, sister Amy, brother-in-law Jonathan, and nephew James.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Solitude in Palm Springs on Sunday, 4/1 at 11 a.m.
