I met Norma in 1970 at Los Angeles City College, we were both in the Psychology program there. We became friends and she even invited me to move in with her in 1971 when my husband and I separated. We became fast friends and were close ever since then. I miss her very much to this day. She was a very special woman!

I met Norma at LACC in 1969. We were both taking a psychology class there. When I left my husband in 1971 (after 1 year of marriage) Norma offered to have me move in with her. I lived with her for a year and we bonded during that time. Norma was always very honest and forthright in her approach to things and you could count on her to give you excellent advice in any situation. She was a wonderful counselor and friend. I will miss her very much as we used to have dinner together every month or so until she moved to Palm Springs, even then we always kept in touch by phone. I am so glad that she experienced so much success in her acting career in her later years (thank you Jasper) because that was her love. She always encouraged me to keep singing and I credit her for my continuing to do that! God bless you Norma, you were a very special person and you will be sorely missed by many people.
