I never knew the man personaly. I know of his work. His book " How to escape the salary trap " was an inspiration to me over 25 years ago - And I still refer to it today. It was and still is a classic blue print for the layman invertor.

My memory of a young Richard Rifenbark
has remained vivid for over seven decades. He was my Sunday School teacher at Trinity Church in San Jose, and I looked up to him as a super role model and hoped to be like him when I "grew up". Indeed, I so admired my Sunday School teacher that I copied --and still sport-- his youthful hair style. He was a credit to his church, his family, and his country. He made a difference!
