Robert Stippich Obituary

Robert J. (Bob) Stippich

Robert J. (Bob) Stippich from Wales, Wisconsin. He was born Dec. 11, 1945, and died Sept. 8, 2014, at the age of 68 after a long battle with cancer. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Leroy and Delphia Stippich; brother Leroy "Skipper" Stippich; brother-in-law A. Dean Stapleton; son-in-law Adam Parmentier; and his faithful golden retriever Dudley. Bob will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 46 years Christine Stippich; his children Joe (Julia) Stippich, Andy (Jenny) Stippich and Sarah (Scott) Schubert; his grandchildren Robert E. and Katie Stippich, Grace and Drew Stippich, and Tanner and Harley Schubert; his step-grandchildren Samantha Joas and Marshall Joas and Marshall's son Cayne; and his siblings John (Sandie) Stippich, Mary Stapleton and Janet (George) Jordan. Bob was a bartender at Pucci's Tavern in Waukesha in 1968 when Christine Richter's car broke down in front of it. The rest is history. Bob began working with his father and Uncle Alvin in the machine shop business before buying Accurate Products from his father. He enjoyed what he did and was able to work with both family and friends. Bob also supported many different charities. Bob was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending his winters in California with his family and friends. He spent a lot of time with his children and grandchildren and enjoyed vacationing with them in Disney World. Bob also enjoyed deer hunting, shooting pool, gambling and playing cards. Those who had the privilege of knowing Bob knew that he was a great friend with a generous heart. A private gathering will be held on a future date to honor Bob's life. Donations may be made in Bob's memory to: Folds of Honor Foundation, 15800 N. Patriot Drive, Owasso, OK 74055 or Fisher House, Wisconsin, 5000 W. National Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53129. Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, Cremation and Pre-Planning Services is serving the family. I am at a loss for words. The Stippich family is one of the first I was introduced to at an early age of 5 . Just incredible people ! Many people just exist while here on Earth ... but Bob touched so many lives and hearts. His smile and laugh I will never forget ! His generosity and his humility ...amazing. I last was with Bob , and John,at the Badger game last year. I was able to hug my friend ... I was blessed to have known you Bob...alot of people will miss you...you were so good for this Earth ... R.I.P. my friend ....
