He was an Inspector for industrial parts manufacturers for 20 years and worked at FMC, and then for Wayne Manufacturing in Ontario. He was also an Ordained Minister for the Southern Baptist Convention.
He is survived by his wife
Cecile Blaylock of Cathedral City; stepsons Norman Walters of Glendora and John Baldwin of La Verne; his sister Dorothy Iverson of Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Blaylock was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and of Desert Chapel in Palm Springs.
Memorial Services will be
2 p.m. today, Oct. 14, 2006 at Desert Chapel in Palm Springs. Services are under the direction of Rose Mortuary of Desert Hot Springs.
