April 23, 1986 - July 22, 2015

Amelia Angelita Mejia, 29, of Somerville passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Funeral Services are set for 10AM Friday, July 31 in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Thursday, July 30 with a 6PM Rosary also in the Funeral Home.

Born April 23, 1986 in Alexandria, Virginia she was the daughter of Evaristo and Sally Ann (Trevino) Mejia. Amelia was always happy, she loved being outside, gardening and listening to her favorite music.

She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents and an uncle, Guadalupe Mejia.

Amelia leaves behind to cherish her memories her parents, Evaristo and Sally Ann Mejia; a son, Aiden Curry; a daughter, Adelise Curry; two brothers, Evaristo Mejia III and wife Janette, and Robert Gabriel Mejia; four sisters, Maria Inez Fonseca, Anita Mejia, Melissa Cofield, and Lisa Garcia; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
