Fred was my classmate, neighbor and friend. I will always remember the summer's of the 70's when we use to hang out riding bikes and playing on the Westside, and classes in school.
From when we were kids to adulthood whenever I saw Fred he was always gracious, friendly and had a big smile. I always left feeling glad I saw him.
Much love and heartfelt condolences to the entire Collins Family

Uncle Fred, I love you. Thank you for being a wonderful, hilarious, and kind hearted uncle. You were stronger than many could imagine and a true child of God. The best way I can remember you, is by continuing your legacy by being a good person. I will continue to pray, be patient, be forgiving, and give my best to everything I do just like you did. I miss you already - and I love you again. - Baby C
