Cousin: Rebecca Rowe from Mattoon, Illinois. I was very sad to hear of Jon´s death. He struggled with a chronic disease for many years. May he find peace and healing with Jesus and his loved ones in Heaven.

I was very saddened to get the word this morn, John and I grew up together he was fearless, and full of life hands down the most fun guy I've ever known. Could have easily gone pro in bowling, and several other sports. My life would have been incomplete without Jon's no holds barred influence, we had lost touch a few years back but hardly a week goes by without something reminding me of some crazy stunt we pulled.........what an incredable loss
God speed my dear friend.....Leo Garcia

We feel your loss. We saw Jon last weekend. He walked in the house happy and excited about life. He spent a few minutes visiting and then he was "gone fishing." We were supposed to be out of town but I'm glad we were here instead to share those moments with him for that last picture of him in our minds.

Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Jon was a fun loving person who was liked by so many people. Jon had the perfect smile, the laugh and all those stories that were shared with my sons since they were 5 yrs old..thank you for all of your love throughout the years Jon. You have always been an angel to me and our family. God Bless
