Keith Biggs, 60, of College Station, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 in Bryan at St. Joseph Regional Health Center. Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, December 19, 2015, with a visitation beginning at 1 p.m. at St. Michael's Academy Chapel, 2402 South College Avenue, Bryan, TX, corner of South College and Williamson Drive. Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.
Keith was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on June 5, 1955. He was born to Elbert (Bob) Ritchie Biggs and Bethel Ann Moody Biggs, the second of two sons. He completed high school on his own and began his career as a mechanic early in life. Keith knew the value of hard work and strived to instill that lesson to his children Craig Ritchie Biggs and Tracy Leigh Biggs. These two children completed his life. He married Tracey Marshall on March 9, 2002, together they would share almost fourteen years of marriage. The wedding took place at Independence Baptist Church; it was storybook history lesson for all who attended. Keith was a man of few words but loved all he visited with.
He delighted in the outdoors, camping, fishing, and cooking barbeque, traveling with family and friends, making his world famous brisket and crawfish. He will be forever remembered as the man who created his own spice. His favorite pastime growing up in Venezuela was motorcycle racing, where he became state champion in his racing class, along with cooking, NASCAR, and college football.
He is predeceased by his parents, Bob and Ann.
He is survived by his family, his wife, Tracey Marshall Biggs; his son, Craig Ritchie Biggs; his daughter, Tracy Leigh Biggs; his brother, Kirk Biggs and his wife Patty; his nephew, Justin Biggs; and other close friends.
