Well Robert..yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of your passing.. as you know, from your perch in heaven. It was a tough day from the start. We know you are still riding with us. So many signs we've seen. Your radio, that sets its own alarm and goes off repeatedly. The globe on the shelf in the corner, that all of a sudden lights up. The man across the street at a vendor table with only "certain books" of your liking. We stopped to peruse them, as it started to rain. We felt you. We got your message loud and clear. We will continue to share your knowledge of your life long work. We know you are still watching over us and you are so loved. Save us a seat at the table my good man. Godspeed

Dad, I loved how you were always happy to hear from me when I called. Thank you for teaching me so much in life. I remember an old photo of me as a baby riding on your shoulders, walking on the campus. I have lots of happy memories of you.
