Ruth de St. Paer Obituary
Ruth Esther de St. Paer, age 93, of Bryan passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2013. Visitation will be Monday, January 28, at 12 p.m. until service time at Hillier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, January 28, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Hillier Funeral Home with interment immediately following at Bryan City Cemetery.
Ruth worked for Beverly Braley's then went to work for Texas A&M University Research Foundation. Ruth and her husband were both active members of the Shasta RV Club and the Bluebonnet RV Club until her health caused her to stay home.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband Frank, of over 64 years; her son-in-law, David Kalinec; granddaughter, Tiffany Kalinec-Blair; her brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Frances Andersson; her brother-in-law and his wife, Claude and Virginia de St. Paer; and brother-in-law, Loren Green.
Survivors include her two daughters, Linda Kalinec of Katy and Barbara Matejka of Bryan; as well as six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Special thanks go out to Traditions Hospice Care, her nurses and aides.

Ruth was a joy to know and fellowship with at RV Weekends. Frank & I worked together at the Post Office. They were both Great Friends. Our sympathy for your loss.

Barbara, Linda and family,
I have wonderful memories of visiting with your mother over the years. My brother and I enjoyed staying at Aunt Frances and while we were there, it was alway a joy to visit with your mother. I also enjoyed three years in Bryan while my husband went back to college...your mother was a source of encouragement during those days.
My prayers will be with you all!
