Sandra Carolyn Stanly Swoboda, 85, passed away at home on October 12, 2025.
She was born in Victoria, TX to Andrew Stanly and Allie Ralls Stanly on September 21, 1940.
She worked as a realtor in Brazos County after raising her family. She worked in security in Huntsville, TX before moving back to College Station after retiring.
She was a strong tennis player. She enjoyed traveling and being with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter-in-law Kriss Swoboda.
She is survived by her two sons, Gregory Allen Swoboda of Butte Mt. and Scott Andrew Swoboda and wife Terri of Homer, AK; and grandsons Michael Allen Swoboda of Homer, AK and Stanly Andrew Swoboda of Houston, TX.
A memorial service will be held on December 16, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Hillier Funeral Home, located at 2301 E. 29th St., Bryan, TX 77802, with food and drinks provided. A graveside service will follow on December 18 at 11:00 am at Memorial Garden Cemetery, 8819 US Hwy 87 N, Victoria, TX 77904. Immediately after, a celebration of life will take place from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, TX 77904.
