I'm so sorry to hear about Hazel's passing. I didn't know until today. I knew Hazel and the family from Grace Baptist Church from the 1950's to the early 70's. She and her family sat on the pew in front of us for morning worship service. She was such a sweet person. I know she is missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

Buddy & family,
We all are so saddened at the passing of Hazel. We remember her as a young girl at Grace Baptist and a young bride as she married Buddy. Preacher & Mrs. Kelley thought the world of all of you.....as we all did. Our prayers are that God will wrap His loving arms around you....today and in the days to come.

B.J. and Family, we are so sorry for your loss. Hazel was a wonderful lady and friend to us in our younger years when "The Gang" gathered for a meal and games, or took trips to Myrtle Beach and Fripp Island and we've never forgotten your family. Our prayers and deepest sympathy during this difficult time.
Love,
Everette & Jeanne Segers

Dear BJ and girls,
It broke my heart to learn the other day that Hazel had moved on to Heaven. I know your hearts are broken but I hope it helps to know that each of you have been in my prayers. May God give you peace as you reflect upon your love and memories, and comfort your hearts knowing she is in HIS care.
Hazel encouraged me at least two particular times when I needed to be loved on, and I hope I never to forget that or her kindness. She is still a dear & godly woman - only she is doing so in Heaven now. She has now seen what we all long to see someday; the glorious face of God. Maybe she is skipping the golden streets of Heaven holding onto Jason's hand.
I love your family and am praying for you.
In Christ,
Charlotte Neff

Hazel was one of my best friends. She will forever be in my heart as I loved her like a sister. To those "eight sisters" who are left, we will cherish your sweet memory until we all meet again in Heaven. There the "ten sisters" will be together.

Our hearts break with yours at Hazel's passing and our spirit soars with your knowing she is now in the presence of Jesus Christ her Lord. When Jeremy and Jennifer were going to camp with Rock Springs youth, they were always excited when they learned that Hazel and B J were going with them.

Sorry about the lost of Hazel, she was such a great help to me at Cannon, as she did the Physician Credentialing at Baptist Easley and I did the same at Cannon Memorial. She was always willing to
share needed copies of records as we shared so many of the same staff. May the Lord be your strength in the days ahead.
