EASLEY — Joyce Parrish Bass, 63, of Westchester Road, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 in Richmond, VA.
Born in Chesapeake, Va., a daughter of the late Wayland Owen and Doris Juanita Tennefoss Parrish, Mrs. Bass was a licensed practical nurse and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Surviving are her husband, Walter Bass of the home; two daughters, Patricia Joyce Condrey of Elizabeth City, NC, and Amanda Huffman Bass of Easley, SC; two brothers, James Parrish of NC, and Tommy Parrish of WV; a sister, Rebecca Purvis of GA; three grandchildren, Keeley Riley, Steven Huffman and Tommy Jenkins; and a great-granddaughter, Aubree Huffman.
Memorial services were at 2 p.m. September 20, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 400 Farrs Bridge Road, Greenville, SC 29617.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 500 Taylor Street, Suite 101, Columbia, SC 29201.
The family is at the residence.
