John, you were my first nephew. You were such a bright, cute little guy when I flew to California to meet you for the first time. You went on in life to earn a Master's degree at the University of Iowa (computer programming) and demonstrated your intelligence in so many other ways. You had a kind heart. You were a good person. I am so sorry that you left this life much too soon. May you rest in peace.
