Cecilia H. Barra

Barra, Cecilia Helen (nee Senffner) Age 95. Passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. Cecilia was a member of the 55 and Older Club at St Patrick's Church, Phoenix Club at the Church of St Anthony, and the Joliet Historical Society, and was a volunteer for the Spaghetti Dinners at St. Anthony and at Shepherd's Table. Survived by her son, William L. (late Linda) Barra of Joliet; her brother, Anthony Senffner; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph (1986); daughter-in-law, Linda Barra (2012); and siblings, John Senffner, Mary Podobnik, Margaret Hinz and Peter Senffner. Funeral Services for Cecilia Barra will be Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
