Died: July 13, 2017

Irene F. Hietschold, age 81, late of Crest Hill, and a long time Joliet resident, passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 13, 2017.

Born October 24, 1935 in Joliet, she was the daughter of Charles and Justine (Brozovich) Stober. Irene was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her five children, David (the late Janet) Hietschold, Dale Hietschold, Debbie (Dwight) Berglund, Doug (Barb) Hietschold and Dawn (Jim) Pritz; eleven grandchildren, David Hietschold, Jr., Kristine Hietschold, Andrew (Shannon) Hietschold, Sarah (Jordan) Miller, Nicholas Hietschold, Amanda (James) Henk, Allyson Berglund, Chad Hietschold, Alex Pritz, Thomas Pritz and Ava Pritz; and her great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Donald.

Funeral services for Irene F. Hietschold were private and interment was in Resurrection Cemetery.
