Poole, Margaret Irene (nee Lucy) Age 76, at rest Friday, September 7, 2012 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital after a eight year battle with breast cancer. Retired from Pepperidge Farm. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Gerold G. Poole; her devoted children, Linda Diane (Richard) Killian, Gerald Wayne Poole, Sandra Stroube (Dennis) Veselsky and Steven (Sue) Poole; proud grandmother of Christie (Troy) Spencer, Tricia (Mike) Samuel, Kevin (Nikki) Stroube and Zoe Poole; fond sisters, Francis Bailey and Ruth Jean Crews; half-brothers, Johnny Lucy and Jimmy Lucy; stepsister, Estel Shephard; dear friend, Francis Wright and Elaine Hall. Preceded in death by her parents, James and Hettie Lucy; sister, Lois Watson; brothers, Fred Jr. and Robert A. Lucy; two half-sisters, Caroline and Monett; half-brother, Winston Franklin. Funeral Services for Margaret Irene Poole will be Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
