The family conveys immense gratitude to his visiting Hospice Nurse, Jen, Music Therapist, Allison, the entire Lightways Hospice staff, and Sandy, from Meals on Wheels. Special appreciation and love goes to his dear neighbor and friend, Ann Kanta. Nick adored his caregivers, neighbors and friends, which allowed him to remain in his home until his final two days of life.
