Died: January 5, 2025 in Estero, FL
Pamela R. Sebby, formally of Minooka Illinois, passed away January 5, 2025 at the Life Care Center of Estero due to complications from Dementia. She was born June 17, 1948 in Kewanee, IL to Oliver and Aleene Ratliff. She graduated from Kewanee High School in 1966 and from Northern IL University in 1970.
Pam moved to Joliet IL. In 1971 she began her career at Public Service Co. (later to become Exelon Corp.) at the Romeoville Power Plant. Later she became an Asset Office Supervisor at the LaSalle Nuclear Plant and moved to the Collins Plant as Office Supervisor. Pam retired in 1998 after 26 years of service from the Production Training Center in Essex IL as a Program Developer for the Nuclear Plants.
Pam was active in the United Way Charities, past President of Joliet Jr. Women's Club and Member of the Minooka High School Board for 9 years.
Pam and Lloyd retired to Estero FL in 2002 where she was active in the Stoneybrook Golf Community. Pam loved to golf and travel, especially on Cruises .
Pam was preceded in death by her parents Oliver Ratliff and Aleene (Daryl) Clong; a step-sister Cheryl (Russ) Riggs; a step-son, Mark Sebby and several aunts and cousins.
Pam is survived by her husband Lloyd of 46 years, a son Matthew, a brother Tomas Ratliff; a step-sister Susan (David) Boyland; 2 step-sons Scott (Mia) Sebby and Greg (Kathy) Sebby; 8 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-granddaughter and several cousins.
Her remains were cremated and is at her final resting place in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet. A memorial service will be held at later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Van Andel Institute, 333 Bostwick Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI, 49503 in Pam's name would be appreciated.

Pam was my neighbor and good friend for years. She was always happy and smiling. I missed her when she moved to Florida! Due to medical problems I never got to Entero regrettably. God bless Lloyd and Matt, and all family and friends. Love Karen and Clyde Dawson.
