To the Apiquian Family -
We knew Pat primarily through his grandparents and from seeing some of his art at the house up north. From that minimal contact, we know how much he meant to your family.

One of my favorite memories from high school was when I was a senior and Pat and Ben Berry were sophomores and they'd always come to my locker after some period and we'd talk and laugh about nothing. I always looked forward to going to my locker to see them because they both were always so happy and full of laughter...getting to know Pat made my entire senior year worthwhile. His smile made your entire day brighter...you never know how many lives you are going to touch...my prayers and thoughts are with everyone...

This is an extremely hard one to take. I didn't get to see Pat these past few years as much as I would have liked, but I will treasure every moment we had together. He was always the life of the party, and I can't remember a time when I didn't see a smile on his face. I cherish the memories of a friend who has passed much, much too soon. My deepest sympathies to all who loved him. May he rest in peace.

Pat,
Do you remember double sessions, and all the fun we would have at the hour lunch break, Sully walking around putting everybody in the sleeper. and how no matter what when me and you talked we always ended up talking about our dads printing shops, or how even though i was taller you were still older then me by exactly one month. so you had to win. i remeber not seeing you for almost 3 years after high school, and you showed up at my door with a pizza we talked fot almost 20 minutes, just catching up, then you remembered you were working. then three or four sundays ago we played football. and you and powers were unfire, we played on the field that Jackson made us sod after camp one day, then he turned on the sprinklers and we all just sat there. haha. you will always be able to make me laugh even if it is just in memories.
love you man

Oh Pat,
We haven't really talked since we graduated a whole 4 years ago. It doesn't really seem like it has been that long. How could I ever forget AP Bio...left side, right side hahaha! Just thinking about that class makes me laugh. It was a good time. Also, I remember you coming to the pool with your family and doing illegal dives off the diving board. You never did listen to me when I told you that you couldn't do those! I just kept blowing my whistle and telling you not to. Also, there was the time when Amanda and I dropped by your house unexpectantly to chat it up on the driveway:-) I am sorry that we didn't keep in touch because you always were the funny one who made everyone laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and I am greatful that I have so many memories of you that make me smile. RIP Pat
