Richard Burian Obituary
Richard Paul Burian, Sr., age 90, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Monday, February 11, 2019.
Survived by his wife of 64 years, Rosemary Burian; his children, Richard (Cindy) Burian, Elizabeth (Donald) Brady, Mark (Jodi) Burian and Alan (fianc , Susan Bailey) Burian; his grandchildren, Nick Burian, Brad (Nicole) Burian, Brittany Brady, Doug Burian, Sam Burian, Kaylee Burian, Alex Burian, Emily Burian and Sabrina Burian.
Preceded in death by his parents, Bartholomew (Rose) Burian; his four brothers and eight sisters.
Richard was born May 23, 1928, in Joliet, IL. He was a graduate of Joliet Junior College. Richard worked as a lithographic printer and he retired from Jahn and Ollier Printing Company in Chicago, IL. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
The family would like to sincerely thank the Silver Cross Home health care and to Sue and Tony from the Joliet Area Community Hospice for their extended care.
As it was his request, Cremation rites were accorded. Private church services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at Saint Cyrils Cemetery.

Aunt Rosemary and family, it is with sadness that we learned of Uncle Richie's passing. We are thinking of all of you and saying a prayer each day for the entire family.
As Pearl Ann alluded to, Uncle Richie was a devoted fisherman and that is also how we will remember him.
