Abdul Asaad Obituary
Abdul Shaheed Asaad (formerly Robert Lee Welfare, Jr.) was born 1/8/62 in Orangeburg, SC and died 3/10/18 in West Haven, CT. He served three years in the US Army's 3rd Infantry Division. He was a Construction Local 210 Laborers Hall laborer. He's survived by his mother, stepfather, stepmother, siblings, daughter, grandchildren, and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews and an uncle. He's predeceased by his father and son. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Canaan Institutional Baptist Church, 31 Concord St Norwalk, CT.
