On Monday, Septenber 30, 2024, Frances J. Kaplan of Ashburn, VA formerly of Glastonbury, CT. Wife of the late Daniel J. Kaplan, mother of Richard (Sheri) and Ronda (the late Richard Slutsky) Kaplan and Bonnie (Tad) Gallo.
Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 11 a.m. at King David Memorial Garden, Falls Church, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Torchinsky Hebrew Funeral Home, 202-541-1001
