Frank Evon Obituary
Frank Evon Jr., 70, of Norwalk, CT, peacefully passed away on July 12, 2023, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Frank will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Frank was born in Norwalk, CT to Frank Sr. and Marguerite (Loeffler) Evon on October 16, 1952. He married Elizabeth Erickson on September 29, 1979. After graduating from the University of New Haven he worked as an engineer for IBM for 38 years. Frank was a lifelong Yankee fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR races. He was a great friend to all four-legged creatures.
Frank is survived by his wife Liz, daughter Chrissy Beeman and her husband Jeff, stepsons David and Peter Lavoie, grandchildren Ella, Camryn and Abbey and brother Tom Evon and his wife Joan. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Frank Sr. and Marguerite.
Services will be private.

Have known Frank since junior high school. Was always willing to help with our "Class of '71" events and attended all of them! He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace old friend.

Frank was one of my closest friends for many years, beginning when we were in grade school. We did many things together, often with our mutual friend Wayne Kardos-playing Wiffle Ball and board games, riding our bicycles, and later on enjoying our "muscle cars" and making countless trips in them back and forth to Calf Pasture Beach. My condolences to Frank´s wife and family and Frank may you rest in peace.

I would like to send my sincere condolences to Frank's Family. Frank was a good neighborhood friend.We hung out practically every day also with Our friend Doug Moss. I believe people called us the 3 Amigos. I even got Frank his 1st job at Beck and Quint delivering TV's and Appliances with me. I moved to Florida in 1984 and I will never forget when My Mother died 12 yrs. ago who came to the wake but My 2 best chidhood friends Doug and Frank. My dear Friend may You Rest in Peace.
