Mr Bellantoni was my math teacher at Stamford High School in 1971- A long time ago. Both of my brothers also had him as a teacher. We all agree that he was a favoritr.. Over the years I have bumped into him (once almost literally in ShopRite) and he always remembered me and asked about my brothers. Truly amazing. The last time I saw him was at Mrs Burkhardt's funeral several years ago. I came to St Matthews this morning to pay my respects to a wonderful teacher. I learned this morning that he was also a wonderful father and grandfather and a faithful Catholic. Thank you for such a beautiful Mass. My condolences for your loss

I remember my calculus teacher, Mr. Bellantoni, as a true gentleman who never raised his voice but always had command of his classroom. He and Mrs. Simon were my favorite, and remembered, math teachers at Stamford High.
