Kimberly Benincaso Obituary

Kimberly Ann Benincaso
Kimberly Ann Troy Benincaso, age 60, passed away suddenly in Port St. Lucie on Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Kimberly was born and raised in Norwalk, CT, the daughter of Jack Troy and the late Rosemary Lanzilotta. She had spent the latter part of her life in Sarasota, Florida.
In Kimberly's younger years, she was a fantastic gymnast, where her grandfather, Joseph Madaffari, had built her very own balance beam in the backyard. Kimberly very much enjoyed crafts, decorating her home, being a homemaker, a wife and mother, hosting parties and, most of all, she loved and was an amazing cook. She loved being on the beach and near the ocean. Kimberly always had a way of making everyone laugh and cherished her ability to love and care for others. She loved having hearts all over her home and it showed in her ability to love big!
Kimberly was predeceased by her mother, Rosemary Lanzilotta, her grandparents: Antoinette and Joseph Madaffari, and John Troy and Janice Muraskin. Kimberly is survived by her father, Jack Troy (Roberta), her three sons: Jimmy Benincaso (Gabriella), Thomas Benincaso and Joseph Benincaso, all of Norwalk, CT. Her sisters, Karyn Deering (Michael) of Florida and Kasey Robertson (Paul) of Texas, and a niece, many nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private service will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feeding America at feedingamerica.org .

Truly saddened to hear of Kim passing. Fond memories of good laughs in her kitchen with so many that would always just stop by. Mom´s together during her oldest, Jimmy, All Saints days. Her laugh was infectious. Rest peacefully Kim.

RIP Kim aka Yort.
I still laugh when you wanted me or Mike Deering to teach you how to run a bulldozer. After I got done cracking up I looked at you to only see you were dead serious.
Jack, Karen, Kasey and the boys,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the Yort.
Kenny
