Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence R.C. Church, Huntington. Friends may greet the family on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. in the Larson Funeral Home 2496 North Ave., Bpt. Memorial donations may be made to the Global Medical Brigades, a non-profit Health Care Organization.

My deepest sympathies for your loss. Mike was a friend and colleague at both Franklin and Norwalk HS and respected by his peers and liked by his students. His passing will leave a void in many lives but his life itself added so much to those who knew him.

Michele, Jenn and Michele,
I just heard about Mike. I am so shocked and saddened for you--it's been so long since we've seen any of you I didn't know what you were going through. You will all be in my prayers. Mom---at one of the girls' birthday parties you commented to me about all the "toys" Mike had accumulated at your house: "he who has most toys wins"---I hope Mike enjoyed playing every day he had. Cherish your memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you have great memories and find peace in your heart soon. Mr Grasso was my wood teacher at NHS! He always had a smile on his face. Many laughs in his class. The kids loved him and he will be sorely missed by many.

The Entire Grasso Family:
I am so very sorry to hear of Michael's passing. I have so many fun and wonderful childhood memories of Michael that I will take with me for the rest of my life. He was some kind of guy! He is at peace now, resting from all of his battles. He leaves behind so many people that loved him and will miss him dearly and for those people...Michele, Jennifer, Michele, Mrs. Grasso, Kathy and Lenny please know he is in my thoughts and prayers as well as all of you.
