Philip Oppenheimer died peacefully, in his home on Monday, January 15, 2024.
His family loved him and will miss him.
Philip loved gardening, puns, anagrams, fishing and math. Donations in his honor can go to the Village Creek Home Owner's Association or Lifetime Learners at Norwalk Community College.

I was saddened to learn of Phil's passing.
He and I were colleagues at Greenwich High School, often enjoying the Sheldon House morning coffee...before 7:30 am classes!
What an interesting, true gentleman I remember. Later, after retirement, we often saw each other on campus at Lifetime Learners, where he participated in a favored class, "I Love to Read."
