My favorite elementary school teacher. Second Grade. Fitch School. 1963. Wonderfully empathetic to a little brat like me. RIP, Mrs. Isenberg. 100!

It is with sadness that I read of Phyllis' death. It was my pleasure to know her as a dedicated teacher and to call her friend. May you find joyful memories and receive peace from our loving God.

I have the fondest memories of your loving parents. I was so envied the way Mr. Isenberg always referred to his wife as Mrs. Isenberg. What a pleasure to have been they're travel agent for so many years. Bless them and your family.

Mrs. Isenberg was a superb teacher (grade 1&2, Fitch School), and warm Alrowood Drive neighbor, always with a pleasant smile. Along with Mr. Isenberg, they were education icons in Norwalk. May she rest in peace after a wonderful life.
