So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bll worked for me in Norwalk CL&P/Northeast Utilites/Eversource. A fine gentleman/hard worker/union rep. Prayers & toughts to the entire family. Was a honor to have know you Bill. Rest In Peace my frined.

Bill was always so kind, funny, witty -- I enjoyed chatting with him and spending time in his company at many Saponare family get togethers. I send my love and big hugs to Mary Ann and immediate family.
