Brett Shoemaker Obituary
GRAND ISLAND - Brett A. Shoemaker, 59, of Grand Island, Neb., died at his home. Private family inurnment will be in Belgrade Main Cemetery in Belgrade, Neb. You are encouraged to sign Brett's guestbook at www.curranfuneralchapel.com. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
Brett was born April 26, 1965, in Fullerton, Neb., the son of Marlo James and Marcia Lee (Smolinski) Shoemaker. He grew up in Belgrade and later Grand Island, Neb. He attended Cedar Rapids High School in Cedar Rapids, Neb. Following school Brett worked as a farm hand for area farmers.
Brett is survived by his daughter, Stevie Shoemaker; father, Marlo James Shoemaker, of Grand Island, Neb.; brother, Tracy Shoemaker, of Grand Island, Neb.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Marcia Shoemaker; and a brother, Todd Shoemaker.
