Clarita Brawner Obituary
Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 20, at at St. Mary Catholic church in Bellevue. Inurnment will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, in the Bellevue Cemetery.
Clarita was born Sept. 8, 1939, and raised on the farm near O'Connor. She finished school in Greeley.
Clarita enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and attending AA meetings. Her interests included having Propel water at the local establishments and socializing. She also liked visiting the casinos, playing Keno and practicing her faith.
She is survived by husband of 59 years, Leslie; children, Dennis Brawner (Stephanie), David Brawner and Denise Slottje (Tim Zimmerman); her grandchildren, Mikhail and Catherine Brawner and their children, James and Chloe, Dillon Brawner, Evan and Caitlyn Brawner, Omri Brawner, Crystal Brawner, Daniel Brawner, Dustin Slottje and Ashley Postlewait and their son, Beckham, Linda Slottje and her children: Zoe and Elsie, Janet and Jeff McCoy and their children: Tori, Roni, Joseph and Zachary; siblings, Ed Costello, Joan Costello, and Delores Wingate.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra Ann "Deban" and Delores; her siblings, Martin, Marie, Lorraine, Florence, Richard, Thomas, Gerald, Morris and Irene; and her parents, Martin and Mary Costello.
