Johnny Dalland Obituary
October 19, 1965 - February 17, 2025
Johnny R. Dalland, 59, of Grand Island, passed away on February 17, 2025, at CHI-Health St. Francis, with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 2 p.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home, with Dan Naranjo officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 23rd, from 3 to 5 p.m., also at the funeral home.
Johnny was born on October 19, 1965, in Owatonna, Minn., to Arnold and Diane (Juett) Dalland. He was raised and received his education in the Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 1984. In 1989, Johnny was united in marriage to Marnie Fillinger. In his spare time, Johnny enjoyed playing golf, going fishing, watching The Miami Hurricanes and The Iowa Hawkeyes, his dogs, and spending time with his grandkids. He was also a very proud American.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Ty (Brittany) Dalland, Jacee Dalland, and Carson (Katherine) Dalland; grandchildren, Theodore, Madisen, Tristen, Jaxsen, Kaia, and Melly; and brothers, Tim Dalland, Roger Dalland, Terry Jacobsen and Arnie Jacobsen.
Johnny was preceded in death by his wife and parents. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. Online condolences and livestreaming of the service can be found at www.giallfaiths.com.

Prayers for the kids. I was so sorry to hear about Johnny. I've known Johnny and Ty for many years. JD was fun, extremely likeable, and had a great sense of humor. We spent hours playing poker and laughing till our sides hurt. He will be missed.
