Warringhton - Barbara Moyer of Warrington passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday December 30, 2020. Barbara was 77 years old. Born in Riverside, NJ., Barbara was the Daughter of the late Wilbur and Ruth Stranahan
Barbara was the wife of Noel R. Moyer; together the couple had shared 50 years of marriage.
Barbara was a graduate of Lower Moreland High School, and had been employed with RA Industries as the Finance Manager.
Barbara had enjoyed traveling to the Western States many times, Alaska, Caribbean, Florida, and Maine
She loved to cook and sew, gardening was a passion, and she loved music and to dance. Barbara an animal lover, she adored her pet cats.
In addition to her husband Barbara is survived by her children Laynee Fierle (Frank), Tucker Moyer and Wade Hover. She was the sister of Pat Landis, the late Naomi Ervin, the late Bill Stranahan and the late Henry Stranahan. Barbara was the grandmother of Kayla and the late Shane Moyer.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington on Thursday January 7, 2020. Internment will be private. Please follow social distancing guidelines and masks will be required in the funeral home. Please understand that only small groups will be permitted to enter the building at one time. Visitors will be asked to exit the property as soon as able to allow for others to arrive
