I did not know Chris but I want to express my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. He was so young, and sounded like such an awesome person. Kind of reminds me of my younger son with his smile and looks. I am so very sorry. I am sure he blessed the lives of anyone who knew him.

Our family met Chris at St. Patrick School when our 2 children attended school there from 2002 through 2011. He always had a smile on his face and loved to talk about just anything, especially his work at the school. He seemed very serious about his job duties at the school and wanted to make sure they were done correctly.
Our condolences go to the Franz family and Chris' friends. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris both through the fire dept and through St. Pat's Church. His exemplary work and extraordinary fine detail had shown daily. I will surely miss his smile, our special talks, that check list of his and those pristine vacuum marks. I will remember that Chris not only died, but that he lived life and that his life gave me many memories too beautiful to forget.
