DELIA AVERY (KETCHUM) COOK
UNION SPRINGS, NY - Delia Avery (Ketchum) Cook, 95, formerly of Union Springs, NY, died Sunday, April 4, 2004, in the Tioga Nursing Facility, Waverly, NY.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, at 3 p.m. at the Shakelton Funeral Home, Main Street, Aurora, NY, with the Rev. Winifred Nelson officiating. Interment will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Union Springs, NY. Friends may call at the Shakelton Funeral Home from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, prior to the service.Members of the Star of Cayuga Chapter #139 O.E.S. of Union Springs, NY, will conduct services at the funeral home at 2:45 p.m., Wednesday afternoon.
