My thoughts and prayers go out to Ernie's family. My dad, Windy, worked with Ernie in the Line Department and counted Ernie as one of his good friends.

My deepest sympathies to Helen Szabo on the passing of her brother Ernie. Growing up in the Fall Street area, our family often visited the Szabos and benefited from their kindness. My thoughts are with you -

Dear Edie,
Sorry to hear of Ernie's passing. I remember when you and Ernie watched our girls, Brandi and Kate. They loved you both and enjoyed Ernie very much. Mary and I are unable to be there but our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Edie and Ernies extended family, Deepest sympathy and prayers go to all of you at this sad time. I grew up with Ernie in good ol` Fall Creek and remember as a little kid Ernie going into service. The stories he told us of the war kept all our attention. He was the one in the neighborhood that went to and from war. Kept in touch through the years and was sorry to see his health go down. Respectfully, Marcia & Jim Miller

Dear Edie, We were sorry to read about Ernie but for the past year or so he has not had much quality of life. The Lord watches over us and takes care of us as he knows best. Pete enjoyed his friendship with Ernie and knows he is in a much better place. Take comfort from your family and friends and know that you were a wonderful caretaker. Love, Pete and Lois Barber
