I knew George & his wife, Eva, since I was a young girl. They were such wonderful people! I will always remember him as such a sweet man. My sympathies to Georgette, Diane & Butch. Losing a parent is very hard, but we always have such great memories. Rest In Peace! With love, Carol.

Dear Georgette, Diane & Butch,
It's been 7 years since your Dad passed now. I still think about him and your Mom. They were dear people & I'm happy that I knew them. I remember we would come over to your house when growing up and how we would look out the window to see what movie was playing at the drive in across the street from you. All we needed was the sound! I miss exchanging Christmas cards with your Dad at Christmas! They were lovely people and I'm so glad I knew them. My best wishes to all of you!

Dear Georgette, Butch & Diane,
I was so saddened to hear about the passing of your Dad. He was such a sweet man and I will miss exchanging Christmas cards and family updates with him. We have all been friends our entire lives and I thought the world of both your Mom and Dad. At least he will be with your Mom now in heaven and you have to keep the memories of him alive always. They will help you get through the difficult times. I am sorry that I won't be able to come to Ithaca for the service tomorrow, but I just had shoulder surgery. I know my Mom will be sad to hear about your Dad also. She too always thought the world of your folks.
Our love and deepest sympathy to all of you.

My husband and I would see George at the Shops at Ithaca Mall this past winter when we walked - he was such a sweet man, and always waved and said "hello". Our thoughts are with his family.
