Jules and family,
The few times I met your grandfather he was a welcoming, funny, caring man. Everytime he had a smile on his face. And a story or joke to go along with it. You could tell the love he had for your grandmother a long with everyone. My sincerest apologies and prayers are being sent to you all.

What a fine man. Spent many hours rummaging through his junk yard. Would do anything for you and expect nothing in return. Goodbye old friend.

To Jules VanEtten and family, I met your grandpa just a few times and remember him always giving me a smile with a nod. He would look at your grandma to make sure shes was ok. Wish I had gotten to know him better. So sorry to hear and may he rest in peace . Grandpas make the bestest friends. He knows you all loved him dearly.

Gort was a loving and caring Husband, Father, Grandfather and Father-in-law. His easy going conversations and quick laugh were a blessing to his family and friends. He was a beloved "Character" with a story for every occasion and was a loving Grandfather not only to his own twelve grandchildren but to every child he ever met and will be greatly missed by all.
