JENNIE M. POLHAMUS
SPENCER - Jennie M. Polhamus, 74, Spencer, went to heaven Monday, December 8, 2003, from Auburn Memorial Hospital. She was born in Romulus, NY, on February 23, 1929, the daughter of Albert and Lillian (Burkless) Mayo.Jennie was the wife of James Polhamus; beloved mother of four daughters and their spouses, Mary A. (Larry) Sill, Locke, Cindy (Bucky) Doolittle, Spencer, Bonnie M. (Doug) Shearer, Ledyard, Jamie L. (Keith) McLaurin, Auburn; 13 grandchildren, Todd, Jessie, Angel, Chad, Tina, Debbie, John, Bill, Melissa, Eric, Brandon, Jennifer, Alexandria; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jane (Charles) Bower, Lansing, Ruth Turo, Kings Ferry, Laura (Frank) Turo, Savannah; several nieces and nephews.A private service will be held for the family. Spring interment will be in North Lansing Rural Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to American Lung Association of Central New York, Inc., 506 E. Washington, Syracuse, NY 13202. Allen-Manzer Funeral Home of Spencer is handling arrangements.
