Richard Sovocool Obituary
Richard S. Sovocool, age 59, of Sidney, NY formerly of Freeville, NY passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016. Born August 7, 1956 in Cortland, NY, he was a son of the late Richard and Helen Adams Sovocool. Richard is survived by his siblings, Scott (Marilyn) Sovocool of Dallas, TX, Sandra O'Flanagan of Grafton Heights, OH, Jeremiah (Ann) Sovocool of Colonial Heights, VA, Arthur (Carla) Sovocool of Scottsville, VA, Karen Sovocool of Freeville, NY, Michael (Betty) Sovocool of Cortland, NY, and Darla (Roger) Eggleston of Freeville, NY; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends at Joshua House in Sidney, NY. In addition he was predeceased by siblings, Cheryl Sovocool and Raymond Sovocool. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 with Rev. John Iler officiating. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorials to the McLean Fire Dept. Auxiliary, PO Box 133, McLean, NY 13102.
