We loved Ermina. She was the life of the party. She was our Aunt Viola’s sister. One memory I will cherish is making bierocks with Aunt Vi and Ermina and Ermina brought the wine. We put cherries in the left over dough. I called the sisters the bierock queens. We were often invited to Kolby family events. She was an extension of family for us. We will miss you so much
