It is hard to find the words to all the feelings that I am feeling right now not only for my second family but for all the memories I have had with this amazing man. My heart breaks for everyone that had the opportunity to know him and for the people who missed the chance of meeting him. He was as always so kind and loving no matter what mischief Kelly and I got into. He would always just say well....shake his head and smile. I am so thankful for him and all the things he brought to my life. John you will be missed very much and we will always share stories to remember you in all the years to come. I will make sure Kelly is taken care of and she will always have someone to be there no matter what. Love you.

Papa, words cannot describe the warmth you brought into everyone´s lives. You were my best friend and will forever be my favorite fishing partner. I´ll miss your presence until my last day. I´ll always remember John as one who loved his hobbies. He had a few but trains and fishing for sure. John had a quirky sense of humor that made us all chuckle for sure. I´ll always remember him as such, God Bless.
