SASHA KOSMINSKI Obituary

SASHA JEAN BROOKS KOSMINSKI Sasha Jean Brooks Kosminski, age 36, passed away December 16th, 2020. Sasha was born in Wichita, Kansas at Wesley Medical Center on August 24th, 1984. Sasha was a lifelong resident of Newton, Kansas where she grew up with her brother Daniel and attended school from kindergarten through high school. Sasha was always known to be a very quiet, shy and loving woman. She was always quick to help those around her providing comfort and friendship for those who needed her. Sasha loved animals. At any time, you could find her making friends and playing with multiple dogs. Any memorial donations can be sent to Caring Hands Humane Society of Newton, Kansas in her honor. Sasha was married to Andre Kosminski and they had a daughter, Kalie. Sasha is preceded in death by grandparents, Fred and Edith Spinden, Val and Louise Brooks and her brother Daniel Boone Brooks all of Newton. Sasha is survived by her parents Larry and Shirley Brooks, and her daughter Kalie Kosminski of Newton. As well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Newton, Kansas on Friday April 28, 2023 at 10:00 am. Broadway Colonial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
