Julie was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 1, 1956, to the late Burton Garland Jr. and the late Glenna Coleman Garland.
Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Davis; one sister, Robin Garland Love; and her brother Steve Garland (Debbie).
Julie is survived by her two sons, Brandon Dunn (Betsy) and Kevin Dunn (Samantha); one sister, Dawn Mangum (Jimmy); five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
