Martha Robinson and her husband Ervin were great friends of my late wife Patricia and myself for many years. When we lived in Lancaster, we enjoyed their annual Memorial Day "Mule Party" with others of their many friends. When we moved to my home town of Fort Mill, they were guests of ours every year at Fourth of July and Christmas.
Martha was a person of great talent and sensitivity, and she was a particularly kind and caring friend to my wife Patricia. They shared so much together, and I will always be thankful for Martha's loving commitment to Patricia.
Thank you, Martha, for your emotional depth, your musical gift, and your generosity of spirit.
